Deposit money through the Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs).
The CDM is simpler and faster way to send money to Maybank account. Just select cash deposit, key in an account number if needed, and place the money you want to deposit into machine. The machine will calculate the amount deposited and ask you to verify the amount before concluding the transaction.
Most CDMs accept only bigger notes like RM10 and above. Some Maybank CDMs have started to accept all types of Malaysian notes, including RM1 and RM5. Just look out for the CDMs with the cute yellow tiger props, those are the machines that accept all types of Malaysian notes.

If you puttin your money in the machine will display the error message “This machine is temporarily out of service”. What Should Do If Your Money Stuck In Cash Deposit Machine? First of all, do not panic, you must look for phone number to call. You can call this number 1300 88 6688. Call and wait for customer service to respond. After that, they will assure you that the machine will need manual intervention and the money should be safety.
So, you must go to bank report tomorrow and sign one form and they will ask when and what time you use the machine. However, if your case is real, then the money will be deposited into your account on the same day.
